Safety!
From the beginning to the end of our tour your safety is of highest importance, our hosts are very experienced handling groups from all over the world!
With a 100% safety record they and our tour guides insure all transfers are with certified Drivers, posing as guards, and chauffeuring us in total security and grace.
Diet requirements?
The menus of the restaurants and hotels do have vegetarian menus but do not show lactose and gluten-free menus. If you are on a lactose and / or gluten-free diet, let us know so that we can inform you about what you can bring with you.
Refunds?
If you want to cancel your registration for the program after you have registered yourself, you have to notify us by email. Please note that € 150, - or $ 150, - will not be refunded because of administration costs. After you have notified us by email you will get a refund of 50% of your fee. This is possible until 2 months before the start of the program. If you cancel in the 2 months before the program, we can give refunds.
Special Covid - 19 note: Since the world has been dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic we follow the following rules. If a sudden major outbreak of COVID-19 in Egypt puts the health of the participants at risk and the program has to be postponed, the participation fee will be fully refunded. This special rule applies until two weeks from the start of the program.
In case YOUR country bans traveling abroad due to COVID-19 your money will be fully refunded minus 150 euro’s administration costs. In this case we must receive your cancellation 16 day’s before the program starts. For The Sacred Dance Retreat this will be August 23 2022.
Travel to Egypt?
Egypt is open for tourism and flights have resumed. Some COVID-19 restrictions to travel to Egypt are in place. Foreigners can cross the border as long as they meet the Egypt COVID-19 entry requirements RT PCR test only.
The Egyptian government is issuing visas upon arrival in Luxor.
